Joe Kiss II, ASSOCIATE MEMBER LIAISON

Joe is a Vice President and Relationship Manager for the State of Michigan, Public Entities, School Districts and Universities in Michigan.  He joined LaSalle Bank in 1992.

Joe is an associate member of the following associations:  Michigan Association of County Treasurers, Michigan Government Finance Officers Association, Michigan Municipal Treasurers Association, Michigan School Business Officials Association, Central Michigan School Business Officials, Michigan Association of Airport Executives,  Saginaw Area Local Treasurers Association, Bay Area Treasurers Association and Genesee County Clerks and Treasurers Association.

Joe is a Board Member for the United Way of Saginaw County, Chairman of the Investment Committee Diocese of Saginaw, 2003 Graduate of Leadership Saginaw, Diplomat Saginaw Chamber of Commerce and Past President of the Saginaw Area Jaycees.

Joe holds a Bachelors Degree from Michigan State University and Associates Degree from Delta College.
