2022 Fall Conference
The 2022 Fall Conference will be held September 18 - 21, 2022 at Crystal Mountain in Thompsonville (a little south of Traverse City). The last time MMTA was at Crystal Mountain was in 2017; if you were able to attend, you'll remember what a fantastic location it is for Fall Conference. How you attend this year's Fall Conference is your choice: registration is available to attend in-person at Crystal Mountain or online via our virtual livestreaming event. This year's Fall Conference has all of the great training that you've come to expect from MMTA. There will also be plenty of celebrations for the on-site attendees, including our annual recognition of MMTA's Past Presidents, new and renewing MiCPTs certifications, the 2022 PRIME Award Honoree, and installation of the 2022-23 Board of Directors. The Association will also have its Annual Meeting (one for municipal members and a separate meeting for associate members). The municipal annual meeting will be included on the livestream. You can access a detailed schedule for the conference here, or click on the image below. To help with your planning, you can access a preliminary menu here. You can still register for the 2022 Fall Conference, but please note that registrations received after September 1 will incur a $50 late fee. Contact our association managers at [email protected] if you need to make any changes to your registration.
Registration Information Registrations received after September 1 will incur a $50 late fee. Registrations will not be accepted after September 14. Cancellation requests must be made in writing (to [email protected]); full refund deadline is September 1; 50% refund deadline is September 8. All refunds are subject to board approval and a $25 fee.
Golf Event Crystal Mountain has amazing golf courses. The conference planning committee is excited to offer attendees the ability to play in the MMTA 2022 Golf Event for only $65. This includes nine holes of golf on the beautiful Betsie Valley course (cart fees are included in the price). If you don't golf but would like to be a part of the event, make sure to note it on your registration. There is no charge if you want to be a part of the golf event without actually golfing, but space is limited. Shotgun start is 2:00 pm on Sunday; meet up and register with MMTA at the Kinlochen Pro Shop by 1:30 p.m. The event will be a scramble format.
