Treasurer Toolkit - Property Tax Adjustments

Learn more about property tax adjustments, where they come from, the different types of adjustments, and how you can accurately process them.

Session will address value changes, PRE changes, Veteran’s Exemptions, Poverty Exemptions, and personal property changes. We’ll discuss how you can deal with these changes and proven methods to track adjustments. Session will include a demonstration on making adjustments in BS&A as well as letter templates you can use to communicate property tax adjustments.

Registration is $69 for this session, you will receive your Zoom meeting link after you register. The session is worth one point of continuing education credit.
